Is setup complicated?

No. Install Cybergine from the Shopify App Store, choose or create an assistant in Shopify Admin, sync products and policies, then enable the storefront widget. No theme editing required.

How does the AI know my products accurately?

The assistant answers from your catalogue via retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) - it retrieves relevant product data and generates an answer from that data, not from general AI knowledge. It cannot hallucinate product specs it has not been given.

What does it cost?
